These herbs alongside one another prepares your mind and body for the perfect night’s sleep! Perfect addition to your self-care routine!

Ingredients: Lavender Buds, Lemon Balm, Calendula Flowers, Epsom Salt,  Pink Himalayan Salt, Shea Butter Oil, Almond Oil, Lavender Essential Oil Blend

To prepare your Herbal Bath Tea:

Fill the reusable muslin cotton bag with about ½ cup (one ounce) and tie shut. Tie bath bag under faucet so the water will go through the herbs as the bathtub fills with water. Allow to soak for 15-30min. Once the bath is full and your tea bath is to your liking remove the bag from the facet and float in the water. Enjoy your amazing bath! *You can also use the bags like a washcloth! *. When you are done with your bath, empty your muslin cotton bag, thoroughly rinse, and let dry until you're ready to use again!
